I find that doing yoga relaxes me and keeps me in a good mood throughout the day, which I’m glad since classes and work tend to make me irritable.

Yoga helps me reduce stress, keep limber, relaxing and also helps with my fibromalgia.

www.yoga today offers 1 hour classes 7 days a week online for free. And then there’s Inhale Yoga on the Oxygen channel. Or I just do my own thing which is Ashtanga based.
