I’m going to walk more everyday. I eat healthy snacks such as Kashi granola bars. My favorite ones are the dark chocolate cherry.

I am rying to get back to where I once was. I am good about taking care of my familys health but not my own. I need to be more aware of what I eat and make the time to exercise.
