Challenge Yourself for: 30 days
As a kid you ran around just for the fun of it, remember? Jog your memory with friendly game of tag. You can level the playing field by having faster or fitter players hop, skip or jump instead of running. Challenge yourself to organize a game of tag with your family, friends, or neighbors.
(When logging progress for this challenge, only log as many days as you participated in the activity within the 30-day timeframe.)

I have a softball team of 11 and under girls. At the end of each practice we always play a group game that is not related to softball. I’m going to try the tag game with them in many different versions. It sounds fun.

My daughter and I are both tryng to get more active. This is one of our favorite games. This way I get some quality time with her too!
