When was the last time you turned up your favorite music and boogied? If it’s been a while, you’ll be surprised to discover it’s more fun than you remember. Challenge yourself to indulge your secret rock star for at least one song. _(When logging progress for this challenge, only log as many days as you participated in the activity within the 30-day timeframe.)_

i just danced my butt off, and it was awesome! It just feels good to really let go and MOVE. I’m starting out with just one song, today, because I’m pretty winded just from that, but I’m looking forward to stepping it up every day. I’m wondering if this will help loosen things up when I have my chiropractic adjustments. Hrmm…

I always thought I never had any rhythm to dance, but I started hearing some modern techno on internet radio, and I could not sit still. I have found my rhythm! It’s just faster :) I have been dancing everyday since and I love it! I am trying to learn various moves now, and just learning those is half the fun!! :D

I like to put on some ‘moving’ music while I clean and it always leads to some spontaneous dance breaks ;-)

I’m doing this activity as I peak away on the computer. This is great!!

I used to dance in a company. Needless to say, I was very aware of movement and my body. Losing that sense of self as a physical entity is something I miss more than much else. It’s funny, but just dancing like a wild woman around the living room can brin back that awareness in a flash! Thank you, Kashi, for the inspiration!
