    i just danced my butt off, and it was awesome! It just feels good to really let go and MOVE. I’m starting out with just one song, today, because I’m pretty winded just from that, but I’m looking forward to stepping it up every day. I’m wondering if this will help loosen things up when I have my chiropractic adjustments. Hrmm…

    I always thought I never had any rhythm to dance, but I started hearing some modern techno on internet radio, and I could not sit still. I have found my rhythm! It’s just faster :) I have been dancing everyday since and I love it! I am trying to learn various moves now, and just learning those is half the fun!! :D

    I LOVE dance! I have been dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, pointe) since I was eight years old! I am starting ballroom and hip-hop soon so that is exciting!!!!!! :) Dance nurtures my spirit and soul, it is an amazing form of self-expression, just like fashion and acting are for me!

    Zumba dance CDs are the absolutely best workout CD’s I have every purchased. There is a quick 20 minute workout that gives you a great workout in no time!

    I like to put on some ‘moving’ music while I clean and it always leads to some spontaneous dance breaks ;-)

    I dance 5 days a week for 30 minutes and then I give myself a weekend break from the dancing and use my gessel to work out while watching TV while the commercials are on :o)
