Lighten up
How many of us read in bed with less-than-adequate lighting? Experts say this is not good for your eyesight. Today, challenge yourself to be good to your eyes by turning on sufficient light for reading. (Note: People with cataracts and other eye problems may need extra light. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions.)

I am somewhat guilty of this. The bulb in my track light is actually not bright enough or close enough for reading, but sometimes I’m too lazy to put the other lamp on. I’ll try harder from now on.
I will make sure my lights are on while I read.
I have a bright overhead light to read in bed…It relaxes me.
I shiffted a Stand alone lamp near bed side so no more readings in shades :)
I moved the books that were blocking the lamp next to my bed. Oh, irony.
I need good light to read inside so I do most of my reading outside in the shade or in the sun wearing a floppy hat and sunscreen.
I have a great lamp on my bedside and I just changed most of the bulbs to compact energy savers so I really hit this one two fold!
Its nice to read out side, like on a porch.
