I’ve gotten my coffee consumption down to just weekends – I tend to drink green tea the rest of the week, both hot and iced. I have to confess that I do still like to have that one cup of coffee in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. My coffee tends to resemble dessert – lots of milk and sweetener. This past weekend, though, I did skip it in preparation for this challenge and had herbal tea instead both days.

well yes, it does have the Power should I say to Lower and Suck the iron out of your System, not Dramatically, of course but it can Lower it, oh and Feel Free to tell me I’m Wrong, I thought my Judgment right, in the Best sense.

I love coffee because i put extra cream and sugar ,it’s like a treat..i drink more coffee specially since i’ve been taking care of my own business..but i know it’s not that good for you and i try to alternate with some good old water with a bit of lemon and sweetner

Since I bought a coffee this morning, I will have to start this challenge right now. I wouldn’t say that I am an habitual coffee drinker but I crave it about 4 or 5 days out of the week. I normally only drink one coffee which consists of about 16 ounces. I do enjoy tea and know that I should be drinking that more often.
