Skip coffee
Jump-starting your day with a cup of coffee is a common habit. For the next 24 hours, try substituting green tea, black tea, or even herbal tea each time you crave a cup of joe. You might be surprised at how satisfied you are.
This one is easy for me given that I am pregnant and drinking tea already. Although sometimes I crave a coffee so I get a decaf but I won’t do that today.
I have not started, therefore I have not completed this challenge today. I am planning on doing it tomorrow. I bought some Green Tea and some Black Chai Tea. Sounds really good. :) yum
You know instead of coffee…a good night’s rest, not sleeping in, a quick shower, and a cup of juice can do wonders.
Since I bought a coffee this morning, I will have to start this challenge right now. I wouldn’t say that I am an habitual coffee drinker but I crave it about 4 or 5 days out of the week. I normally only drink one coffee which consists of about 16 ounces. I do enjoy tea and know that I should be drinking that more often.
I do crave coffee… a lot! But thankfully I have a lot of tea available! I’m working towards permanent change!
