Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours
Matching pan to burner size saves lots of energy on the stovetop. Today, when you cook on your stove, make an effort to match you pan to your burner.

This seems fairly intuitive but is a good idea and easily accomplished
My biggest challenge is cooking with a wok…it curves up and does not lay flat on my electric burner!
This seems natural to me, but I could work on my husband and kids making better size burner choices.
what can I say, I do, too.
I always use the right size burner…..:)
