Laugh out loud
According to a study published in 2001, people with a good sense of humor had less coronary heart disease than those who were more serious. Reducing your stress load and laughing more not only gives you a more lighthearted outlook on life, it also gives you a more heart-healthy approach to life.
For two minutes today, even though you might not feel like it, practice laughing. Start by just going through the motions. By the time you’re half-way through, you might even feel silly enough to genuinely laugh at yourself!
I will have fun at this challenge b’cause i’m quite a laugher anyway;-)
Me, too! I’m going to play bingo tonight in our community clubhouse. I really don’t go for the bingo, but to have fun with several girlfriends and misbehave! Our goal is to get kicked out!
this truly works! it’s almost remarkable. laughing (out loud) everyday makes you feel better about yourself, and about others around you. it gives you a more positive outlook on life, and that’s wonderful!
I love to laugh! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, so my house is like living in Wild Kingdom. Someone is always doing something hilarious (or disturbingly funny). :)
haha adorable. just imagine everyone who commented trying to do this.
This was an easy challenge for me – my husband has such a hearty laugh. He was watching a movie in the next room, and his laughter was infectious!
I work at a senior citizens center and there is always something to laugh about.
