Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

Personal change can be overwhelming, and making a difference globally even more so. This year, with World Health Day focusing on the effects of climate changes and how they affect everyone’s health, you can contribute by doing one simple thing to reduce your individual carbon footprint. Today, challenge yourself to make the world healthier. Here are some ideas: • Use a carbon calculator and learn where you can cut your household emissions (then, take action!) • Drive the speed limit • Carpool to work • Take public transportation or bike to work • Ditch disposable cups and bottles
