Upgrade a piece of fitness equipment

Keeping yourself properly outfitted and equipped is important for fitness safety and injury prevention. In the next 24 hours, examine your fitness gear, paying particular attention to your clothing (like running shoes or sports bras) and any equipment you use regularly (for example, the tread on your bike tires). Make a plan for replacing anything that’s worn out. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

Definitely going out to replace my old beat up pair of cross trainers today. I especially need more foot support with concern to my right knee.

Getting back to walking more, I even got one of those counters for each step that I take.

Out with the old. In with the new! Nothing like new fitness gear and clothing to get me motivated to work out more. :)

Winter has done a number on my sports bras. No support there!

I’m great about new shoes but terrible about new sports bras. I think it’s harder to tell that these are worn out. Is there a recommendation on how long to keep these?
