I recently joined a “social internet radio” website. It has been great sharing different genres of music with others and getting feedback from each other.
Oprah’s show “The Big Give” is fantastic, and I can’t keep my mouth closed about it. I’ve been holding back tears sharing last weeks episode with everyone I know. Even my dad got teary eyed when I shared it with him. I like to share uplifting information with others…
Buy a child character plate with dividers and base the largest section for your veg, the second largest for your protein and the smaller sizes for your carb and or dessert
I have been recommending Tupperware’s Fridgesmarts to everyone I know. They double the life of your fruits and vegetables and since we have started eating healthier it is nice to not have wilted lettuce or squishy grapes. If you would like to know more about them too go to www.TupperKids.com. Did you know we throw out 60% off the produce that we purchase. What a waste!
this is random, but i have been obsessed with stride gum. it’s good,it’s new- give it a try! lol. they should pay me for this. but it tastes good and the packaging is nice.
I just started yoga at home on dvd and I love it…it is so much easier to do it at home with the kids being busy all the time I dont…try it..its a great way to balance your mind and body!
Went out to dinner last night for our anniversary and when I weighed myself this morning at the health club I saw I had gained 2 lbs…..maintained a somewhat positive attitude and challenged myself to lose it quickly and workout a little longer!!
I recommend saying three or four positive words over in your head, if you are upset or thinking negative or even before bed. It really makes a difference for me. Try it!
I’m graduating this year and off to college in August.
I have 2 kids and I’m sure that comunicating with them keeps your spirit up! Kids make us refeel the yang ages…Please smile to the yangsters walking along!
I have started trying to learn something new everyday with my 3 year old son. I realized his mind is so open and inquisitive, and I don’t want my mind to become closed and uninformed as I age (I will be 41 this June, Yikes!) Here is the Internet, the whole world open to us to explore, so each day we find a new topic that seems to catch his fancy and we research it online. I have learned about bears, dinosaurs, insects, bananas, anything and everything all in the footsteps of my son. Life is for learning, keep your mind active and healthy.
Everyday I write down 5 positives about my life..it works!
I have positive words taped to my bed so that when i wake up or go to sleep the words will be there.
Own your money! Think about how hard you work for that paycheck, and buy things you genuinely want to have. If you are questioning a purchase (big or small), ask, “Is this worth my hard work?” Save, save, save!
Most recently recommended a cream to my Uncle and he went out the next day to purchase it.
