Do some sit-ups
If you haven’t done them for a while, you’ll discover they’re pretty challenging. In the next 24 hours, test the strength in your abs by doing one or two sets of 8-15 sit-ups. _Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine._

I used to do 150 sit-ups &/or cruches every night. Now that my backaches have started up again, it kills me to even do 30.
Hopefully I can convince my mom to get me an exercise ball so I don’t have to put so much pressure on my spine.Log in or join the community to reply to this comment. -

This should be a breeze since my Pilates class is tonight. Does that really count as a challenge or is that cheating?

I hate sit-ups even though they will make my core stronger. I will start with 10.
