Do some sit-ups
If you haven’t done them for a while, you’ll discover they’re pretty challenging. In the next 24 hours, test the strength in your abs by doing one or two sets of 8-15 sit-ups. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I hate sit-ups even though they will make my core stronger. I will start with 10.
I did 2 sets of 12, but I’m so used to doing crunches that I don’t know if I even did them right! I know I’ll feel this later!
This should be a breeze since my Pilates class is tonight. Does that really count as a challenge or is that cheating?
O.k. i will try, hope this goes well….LOL
gosh, I hope this will be a good start to starting to lose my pregnancy waist…worth a shot and maybe I could start a routine :)
I will start with 20 and try to add 10 more each week. We can do this!!!
I haven’t done sit-ups in such a long time, but I did complete 2 sets of 10 each. Good luck to all of you doing this challenge….remember, you can do it!!!!!!

Hmm.. can I do them on the exercise ball?? does that count?
I use three different pieces of weight equipment for my core, they are like situps, but you can adjust the motion and the weight you use. I’ve challenged myself to increase each machine by 5 lbs.
Actually I’ve been doing sit-ups since the beginning of February. I’m trying to get myself into shape for the rigorous physical requirements at the Naval college I will be attending this fall.
I forgot to menntion, I’ve notice a big difference in my physical appearance and the strength of my body core. Do what you can but don’t over do it!
i did 2 sets of 10…keeping my fingers crossed that doing this regularly will help rid me of my baby belly!!

I’LL DO 20 SIT UPS TODAY A DAY AND TRY TO GET RID OF THIS BELLY FAT
Whew, sit ups are a bit harder than I remember. I just can’t seem to keep my feet in one place. Any suggestions?
I’m up for a couple sets. And I’m going to try very hard to keep good form. They’re so much harder to do when you do them the right way :-)
