Keep an exercise diary
This is another wonderful idea for keeping yourself motivated toward achieving your fitness goals. And there are lots of different methods for doing it. You can use websites that are designed for this purpose (many are even free). Or you can opt to track your activities on a paper calendar.
Today, pick the way that’ll work best for you. Then, start your exercise diary by doing one activity.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.
Today, I am concentrating on getting fiber, water, vegetables and exercise in life. Right now I’m at 5 small meals daily instead of 3 big meals a day. I find that this is very helpful for me health wise. I’m attending a swimming class at my college that is once a week. Once I begin my SP08 semester I can begin using the pool twice a week and then add two days of Taebo. I just need to keep myself motivated which can be very hard indeed.
I did ninety minutes of dancing, two hours of walking, and fifteen minutes of skateboarding.
My exercise routine has definatley improved. I go to the gym three times a week and I feel great!
Kashi foods also helps me maintain a healthy weight and feel good about my body.
So thanks people!
i use fitday.com. it keeps track of exaclty what you eat, calories, and breaks it down into fat, protein, and carbs. you can also set weight loss goals and it calcualtes how much to lose a week. Check it out!
I’ve been using fitday.com for the last 3 or more years. I bought the CD so I can track my diet on my computer without going online. It’s also recommended by my grocery store’s website Consumer Affairs people.
so i have officially decided i will go to the gym 5 days a week. i will do 60 minutes of cardio. and 3 days a week i will do strength training. if i find myself going swimming one day or something i will do it in addition to my routine. writing everything down daily helps me increase the intesity of it. like of today i burned 773 calories well tomorrow i want to burn 800.
I use Gyminee.com and joesgoals.com. Both are awesome in their own way. Joesgoals is like instant positive affirmation, and gyminee is sort of like your fitness coach, except for the bills. I am each one multiple times a day logging my nutrition and my workout/weight tracking. I find that if I only go to one place, I get bored, but if I use the two of them, I tend to have twice the reasons to log, therefore I get there each day.
I’m using thedailyplate.com to track both my meals and my exercise. It’s keeping me very motivated! I’ve been working out at least 3 days per week for more than a month now. Yay me!
