Find an exercise buddy

Many of us are a lot more motivated to exercise if we have someone to do it with. Whether we’re going to the gym, taking a class or going for an afternoon walk during work hours, when we’re accountable to someone else we’re a lot more likely to make a commitment and follow-through.

Today, think about people in your life who might be a good exercise buddies. Find out if they’d be interested in coming along the next time you workout.

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

My boyfriend is very supportive of my goals and even workouts out with me when he’s not tired. When he gives me compliments like how he thinks I’ve lost weigth, I get a little moral boost.
