Correct your posture
One of the first things that we notice about people is their posture. We tend to interpret people who stand up straight as self-confident, while we imagine those who slouch as less comfortable with themselves. But posture is more than just appearance. It’s also important for your health. When you slouch, your body is forced to support itself with ligaments and muscles that weren’t designed for the purpose. Practicing good posture may help to prevent backaches and other health problems down the road. Today, pay attention to your posture and correct yourself when you’re slouching. It’s a great habit to practice all the time. And as your muscles get stronger, it’ll get easier.

Feeling tired, worn out, like life is weighing on your shoulders? Well it is when you slouch. End that never ending ache in your back with out medication or ointments. Just pull yourself up tall and proud. Now feel the bones and muscles unwind as they find their natural place to be. An instant spa treatment while sitting or standing anywhere. And cost less too!

Will work towards regaining the inch I’ve lost from slouching. 5’9 again is a good goal.

It took my back 52 years to finally stop holding me upright because of bad posture. Something as simple as allowing your spine to go slack and side sideways when you sit as well as slouching can come back to haunt you. I make it a point to keep correcting it considering I have three bulging disk and constant sciatica now because of my lax posture when I was younger. The sciatica is a constant reminder to sit and stand straight!
