Be kind, randomly
At some point or other, we’ve all probably seen that ubiquitous bumper sticker “Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty.” So this challenge might sound a little cliché. But that’s what’s so nice about it, really. Sometimes it’s the simple things that bring you back to what matters.
Today, practice kindness, once, twice, or several times. It’s a wonderful exercise that reminds you about what’s important.
