Be on time

Some people are always on time, while others are chronically late. Few people fall somewhere in between.

If you’re usually late, challenge yourself to be on time wherever you go today. Make the effort by estimating in advance how long it’ll take you to get ready and travel to your destination. If you’re meeting a friend who’s usually punctual, you’ll be happily surprised by the warm and pleased response you’re likely to get. It might even encourage you to be on time more often.

Not sure if this is truly a challenge for me as I am generally very punctual. But I love the topic as it frustrates me when my friends don’t respect my time.

I try to cram in too many things. I need to have the discipline to walk away when it’s time, no matter what. I think doing so makes you a better planner. So far, so good!!!! I wasn’t late to an appt. this a.m. and it felt great.

I am an owl, generally go to bed late. But dont have problem in getting up early. But I think a decent amount of sleep is important for overall wellbeing.

I am someone who hates to be late, I would rather be early. I always try to allow enough time for detours, traffic, etc. I always have a watch on and make sure all the clocks are set correctly as close to the nearest second as possible.
