Love this challenge! My husband and I have switched to holding off on the wine for the weekends, though, since we realized it can be a treat to savor. A little wine can be a great way to relax.

I started having a glass of organic wine with my dinner each evening. It is a perfect ending to the day and hleps to relax me before bedtime.

I myself can get headaches especially after red wine. I was introduced to organic wine at my local liquor store. They told me that organic wines do not have added sulphates to them which reduces the headaches. I tried it and to my surprise…..no headaches. They come in both red and white too.

Have several family members that are red wine drinkers and have heard great commnets about it – my problem is that red wine triggers my migraines and have been told that eventually I will get a resistance to the migraines if I can continue to drink it. The other problem I have is that I cant do Dry or none sweet red wines – I havent found one that has been acceptable to my palette. Would any one have any suggestions to this so that I can continue to work on the red wine benefits.

For christmas I got a beautiful Wine Cooler. I am a wine lover ,but have not taken on the resposibility to get to know more about wines, vineyards, pairings etc. But I am this year. I purchased a membership to a Wine magazine and I have joined a Wine Club where I will receive 1 case ever 3 months with the option to order seperate bottles of my choice. So I am prepared…are you?
