While there is no consensus in the scientific community about exactly how much water the average person needs, it’s still a good idea to drink it regularly. Lots of us, though, don’t drink much and have little idea about our daily intake. Today, challenge yourself to make water a priority by counting every glass you drink. Aim for 8-11 glasses.

    I have a 52 oz bubba keg and I fill it every morning and make sure that I drink it all before bedtime as well as drinking my 50/50 juice & water mixture, protein shake, decaf coffee & green tea.

    At home I drink bottled water daily, and when I go out I order Ice Water with Lime in it.

    i am ok about drinking water i usually have a bottle during the day at school and then when i get home i drink a lot of tea and juice but i try to fit in the water!!!

    I use to drink water all the time then I got to the point where Mountain Dew just tasted so much better … but Im going to do this for the whole week !!! ... I hope I 4get what the dew tease like and love water again!

    I don’t have a problem drinking water. I have a bottled water dispenser in my house. I probably drink 90-100oz. water daily…most days that is all I drink.

    I am so very bad at drinking enough water. If you don’t count coffee I am only getting around 2 cups of water a day.
