Learn CPR

What better way to celebrate American Heart Month than by learning CPR? It really doesn’t take much a time and the rewards are substantial. What you learn in a short afternoon class could enable you to revive a victim of sudden cardiac arrest.

Today, find a CPR class in your area and sign up. One day, you could save someone’s life. (The American Heart Association has a great tool for locating CPR classes in your area.)

I haven’t been recertified in several years. I think I’ll try to organize something for my company to make it more convenient for everyone.

I was certified last month through my company. It made me feel more confident knowing I could help someone if I needed to.

I taught CPR classes for many years before becoming disabled. I do say train the trainer class was pretty hard.
