Get a good sports bra

Recent research at the University of Portsmouth in the UK suggests that when women jog without proper support, they may be risking great stress on their breasts’ fragile outer skin and connective tissues known as Coopers ligaments. This stress can cause temporary discomfort and permanent stretching. While regular bras reduced bounce by 38%, a well-designed sports bra reduced it by 78%.

This week, make an effort to find a sports bra to ensure your body is well-supported.

Wow…this was harder than I thought. I have brought a total of 5 bra’s. One I actually took back but two of them I had taken the tag off of them and couldn’t. Those two will be used for light workouts like beginners yoga. As for my heavy workouts… I actually had to do some “bra” research here and even wrote my own article based on that research ( you can find it at http://Writing.Com/authors/katrinia17 under “Support Your Breast”). In the end I took back the expensive bra that I thought would work and got a less expensive bra that really does work. I picked up another bra and hopefully it will also work for me.

i found that getting one thats one size smaller than the one you usually wear gives more support and stops the girls from bouncing so much.plus they all strech out so get it just a little smaller.
