Start the day off right
Ever notice that when you eat a healthy breakfast, you tend to make healthier food choices for the rest of the day? You also tend to have a feeling of increased energy levels at work.
This week, challenge yourself to eat a healthy breakfast as often as possible and see for yourself.
(We’ve given you 7 days for this Challenge. When you log your progress, you only need to log as many – or as few – days as you think are applicable.)

i ate some kashi cereal with strawberries. i thought i wouldnt like it, but it was actually REALLY good. 1 challenge down, about a million more to go. :]
Well I just started this today and I already ate breakfast (before I started) and had failed by eating McDonalds. I usually don’t do that but was in a rush this morning and didn’t feel like eating the same old healthy stuff. I plan on getting these next four days right.
Bowl of high fiber cereal this morning with a half a cup of milk. I’m enjoying some coffee now, and a banana is to follow.
arg… i tasted the roll bars for the first time..
not bad in the beginning but that after taste …
reminds me of that smell when a infant spews milk.
I have always been a fan of the breakfast cookie. Thank you Kashi for Happy Trail Mix, add 1 cup of Hemp Milk = a yummy healthy morning moment for me.
Last night i tried the “high protein & high fiber” cereal. I didn’t think i was going to enjoy it but it was actually pretty good. It only has one gram of fat which makes it even better to enjoy!
I just had some wheat toast this morning with a teeny bit of jelly, yum.
This is the first day of my challenge…too bad it’s already well into the afternoon, but tomorrow I plan on starting the day of great!!!!!
This is the 1st day for this challenge, but I’ve been eating Go Lean Crunch for breakfast with either lowfat mik or yogurt – and it’s great – all that healthy crunchiness! Love it. and it fills me up until midday.
A huge bowl of Kashi Mountain Medley with some fresh strawberries really powered me up today!
Summertime is a great time to introduce fruit smoothies into your breakfast routine. Round out the meal with almond or peanut butter atop sprouted whole grain bread. Yum! Can’t wait for tomorrow morning :)
It’s 9:14pm, ao I’m not going to eat breakfast now and I dont’ have any milk in the house… will have to get that tomorrow. I’m almost out of the Kaishi Strawberry Fields cereal… super yummy. I was afraid that it would tast like cardboard, but I was oh so wrong!
I ate a piece of whole grain toast with smart balance peanut butter. This is the first time I’ve had the smart balance peanut butter. Taste like real peanuts and doesn’t have all the bad sugars of other peanut butter.
Im obsessed with the Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal. I eat it every morning with berries or a banana or a fresh peach cut up in it, then later its the perfect crunchy snack, it fills me up and satisfies, not like special k.
Kashi go lean oatmeal in vamilla is the way to go its wonderful! it fills you up and gets my day off to a great start
I eat oatmeal every morning. I need to try Kashi’s.
I never eat breakfast, they say its the Key to being healthy, so i was shopping at a local grocery store and i purchased the GoLean Kashi shake mix, had one of those for breakfast. My sister in law has lost 10 lbs with drinking these in the morning… yippy!
i recently stopped eating a fast food breakfast plan, but after i did that, i started eating the kashi goLean cereal, and i feel like a lot better, not only in the sense that its a lot healthier, but the fact that the diet im on gives good results with weight lifting because of the high amounts of protein, and carbohydrates, its a good facilitator for muscle building… but you i have to eat enough of it for a substansial effect.
an apple and a peanut peanut butter kashi bar for breakfast..YUMMM
