I eat Kashi Heart to Heart oatmeal for breakfast with a 1/4 cup of walnuts and a cup of Earl Gray decaf tea. I used to alternate between the Raisin Spice and Apple Cinnamon, but haven’t been able to find Raisin Spice for over six months. Has Kashi disconnected that item?

I usually eat oatmeak with apples, and sliced banana as my grab and go out to the office. This morning I had 1/4 cup of straberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of Autum Wheat and 1 cup of coffee with 1 tbspn of International Delight Chocolate Eclair creamer. I’m headed down to the kitchen to toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread and spread a tspn of peanut butter on each slice and top with slices of banana.

today was 8oz carrot juice, a banana and a tofu scramble wrap. Yummy! I’m going on a 3 hour hike today and need energy which explains the big breakfast. Usually a slim fast drink and a bananna.

Every morning, I have a small bowl of Kashi cereal and a piece or two of fruit. I have tried several different types of cereals now, and they’re all great!

I am not a breakfast eater but that is going to change. I started today with Go Lean vanilla oatmeal. Pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture.

I am planning my breakfast already.. I am still having my usual cup of coffee, but opted for silk soy French vanilla coffee creamer instead. I am making a 4 ounce yogurt parfait with kashi go lean crunch cereal, organic strawberries, and lowfat plain yogurt. I am also having 1 Kashi whole grain waffle topped with 1/4 cup mixture of bananas and strawberries.

I start everyday with breakfast. I usually have an eggbeater omlet with low fat cheese and either canadian bacon or turkey bacon. Some days I throw a handful of veggies into the omlet (peppers, oniions, mushrooms, spinach, etc) either leftovers from dinner or whatever is in the fridge. I usually follow that with either a yogurt or banana.

i LOVE breakfast! my favorites are brown sugar oatmeal with a banana cut up in it, honey bunches of oats with almonds, or peanut butter toast. i’m just getting into the whole kashi thing..i’ve had their bars before, and i’ve been getting their tlc crackers (those are even better than wheat thins!) and now i want to get the kashi go lean…it looks sooo good to me. i work at stop and shop so i’m always seeing all their good looking food. can’t wait to get some tomorrow!!=)

i usually switch it up between two kashi go lean waffles “blueberry” and two veggie sausage links on one day or a bowl of kashi go lean cereal with regular milk on other mornings. just enough to carry me over to mid morning snack.

I eat Kashi cereals w/soy milk for breakfast every morning. Love it and I’ve been losing weight, no hunger pangs before lunch, plus the biggest benefit has been my lowered cholesterol numbers. My dr. was impressed when I told him my “secret”. I tell everyone I know.
