I did not mean to offend anybody just please stop putting commercials on www.southparkstudios.com i beg of you and also i think people could help themselves not by trying stupid organic chocalate bars but just by eating fruits and ir you dont wegetables try a drink or something and most importantly play sports if you dont like to workout. You should only try it if you really like it more then regular food other wise jsut try to be healthy in a non-annoying commericial brand.
thank you for taking your commercials off of www.southparkstudios.com thank you
    -a pissed off person

My mom tells me about the sort of patients she talks to(she’s a therapist for hospice), and she always tells me about these poor people who have become total vegetables in the end by making poor, unhealthy decisions – some suffering from obesity, lung cancer, heart disease, etc. Recently, she told me of a man she’s been talking to and taking care of, and this man is 102 years old. He’s not obese, no cancer, simply a weakened heart due to his age and long line of family before him having heart problems. He doesn’t smoke, drink, or eat anything but incredibly healthy things, no meats. He hasn’t had a health problem till this point in his life, even after a century of living. It really inspired me to take the initiative to better my health, stop eating fatty foods, eat healthy, exersize, and just generally treat my body with the tender loving care it needs. My goals don’t exactly include living till I’m 102 years old, but I’d like to live to atleast my eighties, and I don’t think I could do that with all the bad habits I had.

I’ve been reading about the Eat Clean diet lifestyle. It was kind of what I was already trying to do, only now I have a book on it with all the information I was trying to find. It’s all about getting your whole-grains, fiber, and etc. Kashi fits the diet very well, and I’m happy I’ve discovered it! It’s time I finally made the change to eating healthier. It’s not the biggest inspiration, but it’s still a good one.

I am inspired to make myself better by my friends that I always vacation to the beach with each year. I hope that by taking myself seriously and becoming healthier I can remind them that they can do the same and seeing them succeed helps me even more.

Anyone have an idea why there were tan pieces of something in the Chocolate Caramel bar that were inedible. Look like oats – chews like plastic

I joined this site purely to add this comment. I’m a busy person just like everyone else and i don’t always find time to make a lunch for work so i keep extra microwaveable meals in my freezer to take on those days. I just wanted to say that i no longer eat any other microwaveable meals BUT Kashi meals. They taste great – about as good as something I’d make myself. They are very filling and i don’t feel hungry an hour later. Most importantly, i can identify every ingredient in my food. I love that! I like that i can see real vegetables and my chicken doesn’t look limp and slimy. It looks REAL. My Kashi meals are slightly more expensive than other meals out there but to be honest its so so worth it. I’d rather pay the extra pennies and know and enjoy what I’m eating! Thanks Kashi!

My comment was about the pumkin spice snack bars. I took some with me when traveling abroad
I was concerned I might not like Kimchee too much and need some other substanace. I picked up a box never trying before thought my mom might like them, who was travelingwith me. I never open the boex till I got home. My husband had not done much shopping. I think I ate them all up the first week I was home and went to get more at Winco and phooey , they dont carry the Pumpkin spice of course . I love those things there awesome and crunchy. Im a crunch person. Jean B

I started an ezine for people who have different practices than mainstream society. It is a place for people to share their opinions and thoughts as well as learn more about alternative practices such as going green or practicing Taoism. It inspires me daily due to the people who submit articles every day to be included in future issues.

I work in a Medical Cannabis Clinic, as a Patient- Care Specialist, and I see a lot of people who are very ill with HIV, Aids, Multiple Slerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Fibramyalgia, Ploymyalgia, Lupus, and several other neurological, and crippling illnesses. Some are close to death and every day, I see more strength and more smiles than anyone could imagine. They always tell me that I am their ‘Angel’ but , they truly are mine! I have no time for complaining about my small issues when I am surrounded by people who smile through their pain every single day! So I SMILE and spread SMILES, wherever I go, EVERY SINGLE DAY!

The last teo years have been filled with tragedy and all kinds of adversities, and I was diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder,
There were times when I felt like I had noone left in this world and I was all alone.
But now I’m in the process of picking myself up and going on with life.
what inspires me the most are my two neices, two nephews, and my freind.
I was worried about the things I once could provide for them and at this time I can’t.
But they let me know that that was not important, the most important thing is that we’re still together.
My friend Kathy has always been there for me, even when I didn’t realize she was there.
I never realized that she was feeling my pain, and worried along with me.
And she’s still in my corner no matter how trival it may seem to others.
Than you Kathy, You’re the BEST!

The book “THe Secret” is a continuing inspiration for me right now. I typically become inspired by my motivation and determination to succeed in the future. This book has only confirmed my continued progress to success. I am learning more about myself everyday when I read that book. I have reallly learned about the law of attraction and being grateful for what I have.
