Give to people you don’t know
Challenge Yourself for: 7 days
This holiday season, extend your generosity to people outside your social circle — to people who might find the holidays difficult or lonely. This week, make an effort to identify a charity or local homeless shelter where you can volunteer for a few hours and help people less fortunate than you. The bonus is, if you don’t find the holidays a happy time, volunteering and giving of yourself will make you feel a lot better. _(We’ve given you 7 days for this Challenge. When you log your progress, you only need to log as many – or as few – days as are applicable.)_
