Start a meditation practice

Some research shows meditation may be linked to decreased stress, anxiety, and depression. It may also help many medical conditions, including allergies, chronic pain, and heart disease. Not to mention how much relaxation and increased awareness it can bring! With all these benefits, it’s a great idea to make it a regular habit.

During the next month, challenge yourself to meditate for at least 10 minutes sometime during the day. And if you can’t squeeze in 10, try 5 minutes. Just getting into a regular habit is what counts when you’re first getting started.

(We’ve given you 30 days for this Challenge. When you log your progress, you only need to log as many – or as few – days as are applicable.)

I have been procrastinating on this topic for some time. I am not sure which school of study to go with for further guidence on the matter.

I used to meditate in the mornings but I have to get up so early now that I have stopped. I really want to find the time though because it made me feel so much better during the day when meditation was the foundation of my day.

I used to do yoga on a regular basis, then was unable to for a time. I really miss it but have been procrastinating. Hope this will motivate me to make yoga a regular practice again.
