Upgrade a piece of cooking equipment

Although initially great for keeping money in your pocket, sometimes cheap cooking equipment can cost you more in the long run. You either have to replace it frequently, or you are frustrated with uneven cooking results — which might deter you from cooking healthy meals at home.

Today, think about whether you cook less frequently because your equipment is less than ideal. Identify one piece that you use regularly that you’d like to replace. Plan on investing in it in the near future. If you treat yourself to something of higher quality, you may be motivated to cook healthier meals more often.

The best kitchen product in my kitchen is my kitchen aid stand mixer… love it! The broiler pan is good too, especially for fish and meats when its too cold outside to use the bbq.

I love my Quick Chef from Tupperware. It is easy to use and clean. I agree that cheaper is not always better. I have learned so many healthy recipes from Tupperware that are quick and easy. I love sharing these with busy moms and dads. www.TupperKids.com
