My first time
I’ve always wanted to try Tai Chi so now I’m going to take the challenge & find a video or a class
i got back problems so ill try anything new
I sure wouldnt mind trying it…im a yoga girl so i should enjoy it.

I’ve done Tai Chi in the past and this is a good excuse to do it again!
