The couple that stretches together... well, gets more flexible together! Doing simple yogic stretches at the end of the day is a great way to wind down, reconnect, and relieve your body of the rigors of the day. Today, challenge yourself by sharing your favorite stretches with your loved one.

    I always stretch, I think it’s just as important as the work-out itself. My boyfriend on the other hand usually never stretches, but today I talked him into doing it with me and told him how important it is, he seemed to enjoy it.

    actually, it was my boyfriend to challenged me to stretch with him every morning. it has made such an impact on my well-being that i even stretch when i’m not with him!

    My work hours are crazy and finding a yoga studio open past 7pm is not the norm. I go onto youtube.com and search for yoga classes/poses/asanas. There are really great videos from reputable yogis and yoginis available at any hour of the day. Enjoy!

    I used to do yoga but the class I used to go to was cancelled. It was the only class at night where I live. It is hard for me to focus at home with my three kids running around.

    I love stretching right before bed. It makes me feel like I am telling my body to go to sleep and be ready for a run in the morning.

    I do yoga every morning. It really helps to loosen up my body and put my mind to focus in preparation for the day. I love it even more when my husband joins me :)

    I do yoga almost every other day or at least try to. I find that it makes me feel more accomplished and more energetic.
