I suffer from back pain constantly, due to stress and heavy lifting at work, i have made an appointment for a massage for wednesday, i have never had a massage before i am so excited, heck its my day off i think i will give myself a facial, paint my toenails and pamper myself all day, maybe i will start a new wednesday ritual, taking care of myself can only make my job as a working wife and mother easier..

I’m going for ine on Sunday. I love getting a massage it makes me feel like I am pampering myself since I rarely have a minute to do anything for me

I routinely get massages at least every 2-3 wks to help recover from a car/pedestrian accident I was in. Obviously, I was the pedestrian! I couldn’t function without my massages!!

I am a massage therapist and when I first started training we had to recieve 3 massages a week and give 3 a week. I felt so healthy and full of energy. I miss my massages. Now I go to a Korean spa and I feel great again. Massages are very helpful in so many ways.

Massage is one the BEST thing you can do for your body!!!!!!!I have been a Massage Therapist for 5 years now. I love helping people & I love getting massages to take care of myself as well! If you’ve never had one- don’t put it off any longer! You live 5 minutes longer for every massage you get!It is bliss!

I’d love to get a massage everyday- too bad I only get to see my boyfriend about 2-3 times a week!
