I used to get massages religiously once a month, some how life semed to get in the way the past few years and they no longer fit in the budget. This past Christmas my daughter talked me into getting myself a Homedics Massage “backrest”. True it isn’t the real thing but it is much better than nothing, and I can benifit from the heated massage daily. When all else fails improvise!

I suffer from back pain constantly, due to stress and heavy lifting at work, i have made an appointment for a massage for wednesday, i have never had a massage before i am so excited, heck its my day off i think i will give myself a facial, paint my toenails and pamper myself all day, maybe i will start a new wednesday ritual, taking care of myself can only make my job as a working wife and mother easier..
