Count your calcium
Calcium is an important nutrient (low intake is associated with increased risk of osteoporosis and heart disease). But how much do you really need? Here are the U.S. Government’s latest recommendations. Calcium-rich foods include low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, canned fish, some soy foods, and leafy greens. Today, challenge yourself to find out the RDA for your age group and make it a point to eat enough calcium.
