Thanksgiving cooks: Let’s talk turkey about holiday entrees. The truth is, you don’t need meat to make a meal memorable. Many vegetarian dishes can sit proudly at the center of the Thanksgiving table: stuffed acorn squash, onion and leek tarts, bread pudding, frittatas and quiches, lasagnas, cheese souffles, soups, and root vegetable gratins, to name just a few. Today, challenge yourself to start planning a meatless holiday meal—you may surprise yourself and your guests.
