Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

Women age 50-plus are dealing with the big hormonal changes of menopause (and, along with it, increased risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, breast cancer, and other age-related health issues), macular degeneration, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular threats to health. The top nutrients for keeping these problems at bay are B vitamins, antioxidants, calcium, fiber, and phytoestrogens. How to get enough of them? Today, challenge yourself to eat blueberries, low-fat dairy products, dark leafy greens, lots of whole-grain fiber, and some soy protein.

Bacon, spinach, tomato, and chicken salad. Dressed with flax oil, lemon juice, and a little salt & pepper. Yum.

I have always taken vitamins, but now I added omega fish oil and more calcium. I just discovered how good eating frozen blueberries is, a great snack or thow some into low fat or fat free plain yogurt for breakfast.

This is the best cereal I have every eaten! Too bad it is so expensive that I cannot afford to continue to buy this product.
