We were on a mission to connect with customers at our local flagship store, the La Jolla Whole Foods!

In early October, a group of 12 Kashi employees took some time out of our day and headed over to our local Whole Foods to interact with customers and share some of our delicious Kashi products. We set up our Day of Change booth at the entrance of the store, and had the opportunity to interact with people as they walked in to do their daily shopping.

As shoppers walked in they were greeted by the friendly faces of the Kashi staff and were encouraged to sample our tasty products, as well as take a spin at the Kashi prize wheel. Each person had the opportunity to win a delicious Kashi snack (Granola bars, GOLEAN® Bars, and TLC® Crackers) as well as some fantastic Kashi swag (reusable grocery bags and t-shirts).

While most Whole Foods shoppers were familiar with Kashi (and were not shy to share their praise), we also gained some new fans! Several shoppers opened up their snacks on the spot and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste, and were also happy to learn of the health benefits our products provide.
