lovesthesun, have you tried cross training? Biking and swimming are a lot easier on joints! (Try Water Running!)
I also hope to do a half marathon soon. I can't run the whole think due to my knees but I can walk/run it!
been eating flax instead of cat food! it makes me have to "go" more often, but my booty is really shaping up!!!
One day soon I hope to do a half marathon. 18 years of being unhealthy and I am starting to enjoy life again.
I also have tried more unusual foods like cocoa nibs, goji berries and Kashi frozen foods. Love those dinners!
Since I have eaten healthier and exercise I have lost 120pds in 1 year, 1 month. 20 more pounds to go til 140!

I took the first step I bought Island Vanilla cereal last Friday. I have eaten it every day and absolutely love it
first time trying GO LEAN hot cereal,honey&cinnamon. I added a touch of vanilla soymilk-BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!!
