participated in an interfaith program for all faiths in lake worth, florida and did my friday morning exercises
I had a healthy breakfast consisting of two oranges, Kashi Asiago crackers, and apple sauce no HFCS. :o)
I only ate 4 donuts this week! Cutting down my frosting intake but my Krispy Kreme gold membership could be revoked

Can do 60 minutes on the elliptical at the gym! 8 months ago, I almost died after only 5 minutes, but kept at it!
